Vero SCREENING

Overview

I’ve worked with Vero Screening, an ambitious Brighton-based business specialising in international employment screening, periodically since 2012.

Across a series of assignments, the relationship developed from individual design projects into a comprehensive evolution of the brand, spanning verbal, written and visual communications across the business.

My Role

I led the creative direction across brand development, design systems, digital products, responsive web, content, presentations, events and print.

Working closely with Vero’s leadership and internal teams, I developed Arc, an overarching design language system, supported by a comprehensive brand standards manual and the tools needed to apply the brand consistently across internal and external communications.

Impact

The work elevated Vero’s brand to reflect the scale, quality and ambition of the business, creating a more sophisticated and coherent presence across its products and communications.

As Vero continued to grow, the brand helped strengthen its positioning and support the company through to its eventual multi-million-pound acquisition by US-based Accurate Background.
